Fantopia physical tickets will be delivered starting on JULY 12, 2024. Please enter the correct information (eg. address & phone number) when you purchase the tickets. You can track the status of ticket deliveries through "Fantopia- My Tickets". Ticket purchasers from outside Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau: Please pay attention to the subsequent ticket redemption notice.

*Purchase limit is 4 tickets for MY MEMBERSHIP per sale (2 tickets per show) and 4 tickets per show per account for Public on sale. If more tickets than the specified limit are purchased using the same member ID after verification, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket transaction.
會員預購每筆ID限購4張票券（每場2張票券），公開售票每人每交易限購4張票券。若經核對發現同一會員ID購票數超出限制數量，主辦單位有權取消該票券交易。
*Age limit: 3 years or above. One person per ticket regardless of age. A valid ticket is required for admission.
年齡限制: 只限3歲或以上；每張門票只供一人進場。入場時必需持有有效門票。
*If a ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, the organizer and ticketing agency will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep your ticket carefully.
演出門票如有遺失、損毀、塗污或被竊，主辦及售票機構概不補發或更換門票，亦不會承擔任何責任，敬請小心保管。
