Vạn Phúc City (Khu đô thị Vạn Phúc) is a large-scale urban development along the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City, covering about 198 hectares. The main event space is Diamond Square (Quảng trường Diamond / Diamond Sky Square), a central plaza of about 1.8 hectares (over 6,000 m² of open space) that can accommodate over 5,000 people. It is suitable for concerts, year-end parties, gala dinners, and large-scale events, with space for stage setup, photo zones, and dining. The square is next to Đại Nhất Lake (Hồ Đại Nhất, 16 hectares), which connects to the Saigon River and features water music and fountain shows. The development also includes The Long Park (3.4 km riverside park), Diamond Sky shopping center (30,000 m²), and ample parking. The venue is about 10 minutes by road from District 1 and Tan Son Nhat International Airport, on National Highway 13 (Quốc lộ 13).
