[BE WITH YOU] package ticket purchasers are entitled to physical ticket redemption on event day.

Purchaser name MUST MATCH with personal identification document (National Identification Card/Passport). Original copy of ID verification is required upon ticket redemption. No changes or transfers allowed once purchase is successful.

Failing which, ticket purchaser will not be able to redeem the physical ticket and access to the venue will be denied.

E-voucher received will be used for the purpose of validate the physical ticket redemption and not for the admission purposes.

If a third-party is caught having / picking up / receiving tickets on behalf of someone else, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry, and the tickets will not be refunded.

If your identity is not accurately verified, you will not be allowed to enter or receive the official fan benefits/gifts.
