Terms & Conditions
1.All ticket prices exclude a MYR 6.60 booking fee.
2.Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 8 tickets only.
3.Children aged 6 and below are not permitted to enter the venue.
4.The purchaser’s name must match the personal identification document (National ID/Passport). The original ID must be presented during ticket or wristband redemption. No name changes or transfers are allowed after a successful purchase.
5.If a third party is found collecting or receiving tickets on behalf of another person, the organiser reserves the right to deny entry. No refunds will be issued.
6.Entry will be denied if your identity cannot be accurately verified.
7.Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during the purchase process. Requests to change email addresses will not be entertained.
8.E-tickets will only be sent to the registered email address upon successful payment.
9.Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
10.No refunds or exchanges will be allowed once your booking is confirmed.
11.The seat map/venue layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not to scale and is provided for ticket location reference only. The layout is subject to change without prior notice.
12.Important Note for CAT 4 & CAT 5 Ticket Holders:
a.For CAT 4 (Left) and CAT 5 (Left), these zones are preferred for Muslimah (female attendees) and are free seating.
b.For CAT 4 (Right) and CAT 5 (Right), these zones are preferred for Muslim (male attendees) and are also free seating
13.The event organiser may postpone, cancel, or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
14.The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, and to vary advertised programmes, ticket prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to ticket holders.
15.In the event of cancellation, postponement, or relocation, all efforts will be made to notify ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee notification before the event date. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check for updates. Fantopia and the organiser will not be held liable for any other losses including travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

Admission Policy
1.Entry is permitted only with a valid e-ticket and original identification document (National ID or Passport) that matches the ticket purchaser’s name.
2.All attendees are subject to security checks, including body and bag screening.
3.The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons, sharp objects, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, and professional recording equipment.
4.Photography, videography, or audio recording is not permitted during the event unless authorised by the organiser.
5.Children aged 6 and below are not allowed to enter the venue.
6.Wearing a face mask is strongly encouraged for your safety and comfort.
7.Only tickets purchased through authorised channels are valid. Damaged or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.
8.Event time, layout, seating, and capacity are subject to change without prior notice.
9.By entering the event, attendees agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations. The organiser and/or venue reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who fails to adhere to these rules or behaves inappropriately.
