ตารางรอบกิจกรรม
กิจกรรมจะแบ่งออกเป็น 11 รอบต่อวัน โดยในแต่ละรอบจะมีผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน โดยแต่ละคนมีเวลาคนละ 2 นาทีภายในตู้ Phone Booth
- รอบที่ 1 เวลา 10:30 – 11:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 2 เวลา 11:30 – 12:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 3 เวลา 12:30 – 13:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 4 เวลา 13:30 – 14:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 5 เวลา 14:30 – 15:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 6 เวลา 15:30 – 16:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 7 เวลา 16:30 – 17:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 8 เวลา 17:30 – 18:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 9 เวลา 18:30 – 19:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 10 เวลา 19:30 – 20:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
- รอบที่ 11 เวลา 20:30 – 21:30 น. จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 30 คน
เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
- จำกัดการจอง 1 ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน สามารถกดจองได้ วันละ 1 รอบเท่านั้น
- จำกัดจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม 330 สิทธิ์ต่อวัน (11 รอบ รอบละ 30 คน) โดยผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะสามารถใช้เวลาใน Phone Booth ได้คนละ 2 นาที
- ใช้บัตร E-Ticket ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
- บัตรเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่สามารถ เปลี่ยนแปลง โอนสิทธิ์ หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือของรางวัลอื่นได้
- สิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็น สิทธิ์ส่วนบุคคล ไม่สามารถโอนหรือใช้แทนผู้อื่นได้
- ในกรณีที่มีการโอนสิทธิ์หรือใช้สิทธิ์ไม่ถูกต้อง คำตัดสินของผู้จัดงานถือเป็นที่สุด
- เงื่อนไขทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามที่ผู้จัดงาน FIND YOUR LOVE in BANGKOK กำหนด หากมีข้อสงสัย กรุณาติดต่อผู้จัดงานโดยตรง
- ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อร้องเรียนหรือข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของผู้จัดงานถือเป็นที่สุด
- การนำบัตรไปขายต่อหรือแจกเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือประชาสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ ถือว่ามีความผิดทางกฏหมาย
- ขอความร่วมมืองดจับต้องหรือเคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ภายในงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- งดนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเข้ามาใน Phone Booth เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดและป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถเข้าและออกได้ตามรอบเวลาที่ได้ทำการจองไว้เท่านั้น
- ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถบันทึกภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอได้ตามความเหมาะสม แต่ไม่สามารถนำภาพ เสียง หรือวิดีโอไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้
- กรุณาเคารพสิทธิของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมท่านอื่น โดยโปรดใช้ความระมัดระวังในการถ่ายภาพในพื้นที่ถ่ายภาพต่าง ๆ และงดใช้เสียงดังหรือก่อให้เกิดความวุ่นวายระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
- กรุณาให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในการจัดงาน
- หากเกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ ขึ้น ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าเสียหายตามความเป็นจริง
การยืนยันสิทธิ์ (Registration & Check-in)
- ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องมา Check-In ที่หน้างาน อย่างน้อย 15 นาทีก่อนรอบเวลาที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ เพื่อยืนยันการเข้าร่วมและรับสติกเกอร์ตามรอบที่ลงทะเบียนไว้
- หากไม่ทำการ Check-In ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ และสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวจะไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในรอบอื่นหรือชดเชยในรอบต่อไปได้
- การ Check-In ต้องใช้ QR Code จากเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชัน Fantopia เท่านั้น (ไม่รับภาพถ่ายหน้าจอหรือการบันทึกหน้าจอ)
- ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องแสดง บัตรประชาชนตัวจริงหรือ Passport โดยชื่อ–นามสกุลต้องตรงกับข้อมูลที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ทุกประการ ไม่สามารถใช้ใบมอบอำนาจได้
PDPA
โปรดทราบว่า บริษัทฯ และผู้ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ อาจมีการบันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหวบรรยากาศ และเสียงที่เกิดขึ้นภายในบริเวณงาน เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ งานกิจกรรม การตลาด หรือกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยไม่จำกัดรูปแบบสื่อและระยะเวลาในการเผยแพร่

Activity Schedule
The activity is divided into 11 sessions per day, with 30 participants per session. Each participant will be given 2 minutes inside the Phone Booth.
- Session 1: 10:30 – 11:30 (30 participants)
- Session 2: 11:30 – 12:30 (30 participants)
- Session 3: 12:30 – 13:30 (30 participants)
- Session 4: 13:30 – 14:30 (30 participants)
- Session 5: 14:30 – 15:30 (30 participants)
- Session 6: 15:30 – 16:30 (30 participants)
- Session 7: 16:30 – 17:30 (30 participants)
- Session 8: 17:30 – 18:30 (30 participants)
- Session 9: 18:30 – 19:30 (30 participants)
- Session 10: 19:30 – 20:30 (30 participants)
- Session 11: 20:30 – 21:30 (30 participants)
Participation Conditions
- 1 account may register for only 1 session per day.
- A total of 330 participants per day will be admitted (11 sessions × 30 participants each). Each participant will have 2 minutes in the Phone Booth.
- Participation requires an E-Ticket.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be changed, resold, or exchanged for cash or other rewards.
- Participation rights are strictly personal and may not be transferred or used on behalf of others.
- In the case of unauthorized transfer or misuse of participation rights, the decision of the event organizer shall be final.
- All conditions are subject to the discretion of the event organizer, FIND YOUR LOVE in BANGKOK for inquiries, please contact the organizer directly.
- In the event of complaints or disputes, the organizer’s decision will be final.
- Unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without prior approval from the company will be considered a legal violation.
- Please refrain from touching or moving any equipment inside the event area without permission.
- Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Phone Booth to maintain cleanliness and prevent potential damage.
- Participants may enter and exit only during the session time they registered for.
- Participants may take personal photos and videos at the event; however, such content must not be used for commercial purposes.
- Please respect the rights of other participants. Be mindful when taking photos in shared spaces and avoid making loud noises or causing disturbances during the activity.
- Kindly cooperate with event staff to ensure the event runs smoothly and in an orderly manner.
- In the event of any damages, the organizer reserves the right to claim compensation based on the actual cost incurred.
Registration & Check-in
- Participants must check in at the venue at least 15 minutes before their registered session time to confirm attendance and receive a session sticker.
- Failure to check in within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the participation right, which cannot be transferred or compensated in another session.
- Check-in requires a QR Code from the Fantopia website or application only (screenshots or screen recordings will not be accepted).
- Participants must present their original National ID card or Passport, and the name must exactly match the registration details. Authorization letters are not accepted.
PDPA
Please be advised that the Company and its authorized representatives may record photographs, video footage, and audio during the event. Such materials may be collected, used, and disseminated for publicity, promotional, marketing, or other related purposes of the Company, without limitation in terms of media format or duration of use.
