VIP - Must Know
- VIP ticket purchasers are entitled to physical ticket redemption on event day.
- The purchaser’s name must exactly match the personal identification document (National Identification Card for Malaysians / Passport for non-Malaysians). ID verification is required upon ticket redemption. No changes or transfers allowed once purchase is successful.
- Failing which, ticket purchaser will not be able to redeem the physical ticket and access to the venue will be denied.
- E-voucher received will be used for the purpose of validate the physical ticket redemption and not for the admission purposes.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery. Your QR code is highly confidential, organizer will not be responsible for any leakage of QR information to third parties.
2. Screenshot / Image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
3. No admission for children aged 7 years or below into the venue. Standing Zones: No admission for children aged 10 years or below and pregnant lady.
4. VIP & PS1 are standing zones. System will auto-assign the queue number(s) in batches. Queue number might be used on the event day for admission purposes.
5. PS2- PS5 are numbered seating. System will auto-assign the seat.
TERMS OF SALES
1. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia, exclude RM4 Booking Fee.
2. A RM 10 Transaction Fee applicable per transaction.
3. Ticket(s) are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
4. ONE ticket admits ONE person only.
5. Ticket(s) cannot be resold or offered for sale. Those holding resold or offered ticket(s) will not be entertained.
6. Lost, stolen, or misused tickets by another attendee will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Purchasers should take all measures to safe-keep his/her event ticket.
7. Once sold, no exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed.
8. Professional photography, video or recording of any kind is prohibited during this performance.
9. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including the arrangement of current seating allocations, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.
10. The event organizer & event staff reserves the right to refuse entry and expel any person from the event venue with unruly conduct and in breach of any venue and ticketing terms & conditions.
11. To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items on entry and exit, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons or are in breach of these Terms and/or refuse admission.
12. In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund amount excludes the ticket fee, processing fee and/or service charges.
13. The artist’s performance times are subject to change without prior notice.
14. Please be seated or enter the venue by the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
15. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s decision shall be final.
