Ticket Purchasers - Must Know

All ticket purchaser’s name and ID number MUST EXACTLY MATCH the personal identification document (National Identification Card for Malaysians / Passport for non-Malaysians). 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗗 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is required upon ticket redemption. No changes or transfers allowed once purchase is successful. Failing which, the access to the venue hall will be denied.

*Upon purchase of ticket(s), you will only receive a booking confirmation email. Kindly check your junk or spam mail for the confirmation email if it is not in your inbox.

*E-ticket(s) will only be sent to your registered email address or Fantopia app from 27 October 2025 onwards.

Notes

1. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.

2. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.

3. No admission for children aged 7 years or below into the venue. Standing Zones: No admission for children aged 10 years or below and pregnant lady.

4. VIP & PS1 are standing zones. System will auto-assign the queue number(s) in batches based on "Next Available". Queue number might be used on the event day for admission purposes.

5. PS2- PS5 are numbered seating. System will auto-assign the "Next Available Seat". Please check the seat(s) assigned to you before you proceed with payment.
