ช่องทางการจำหน่ายบัตรและชำระเงิน
เริ่มจำหน่ายบัตร วันเสาร์ที่ 30 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 12.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
1. ทางเว็บไซต์ www.fantopia.io *มีการรันคิวหน้าเว็บไซต์*
สามารถชำระเงินได้ดังนี้
1. Visa/ Master Card (Convenience fee 4%)
2. ชำระทันทีผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน WeChat Pay, Alipay, True Money, ShopeePay (Convenience fee 4%)
*โปรดกดเพื่อรอรับคิวซื้อบัตรได้ที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ตั้งแต่เวลา 11:00 น. และจำหน่ายบัตรเวลา 12:00 น. เป็นต้นไป
เงื่อนไขการซื้อบัตร :
- รอบทั่วไปจำกัดการซื้อทุกช่องทาง 1 ท่านต่อบัตร 6 ใบ
- ราคาบัตรยังไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียมการออกบัตรและค่าออกบัตรพลาสติก รวมใบละ 50 บาท
- ค่าธรรมเนียมการชำระเงิน 4%
- สำหรับบัตรยืนจะเรียงลำดับการเข้างานตามการกดซื้อบัตรและชำระเงินสำเร็จ ซึ่งลำดับดังกล่าวจะปรากฏอยู่บนบัตรกระดาษ (ในกรณีที่ชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ ลำดับดังกล่าวจะถูกข้ามไป)
- ทราบเลขคิวเมื่อได้รับบัตรกระดาษ
- สำหรับการจัดส่งบัตรกระดาษ มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 60 บาทต่อคำสั่งซื้อ (บริการจัดส่งเฉพาะภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น)
- สำหรับการจัดส่งบัตรกระดาษ บัตรจะถูกจัดส่ง หลังจากวันที่ทำรายการสั่งซื้อ และจะได้รับบัตรไม่เกิน 7 วันก่อนวันจัดแสดง หรือสามารถรับบัตรได้ที่หน้างาน ณ วันแสดง
- หากบัตรยืนสูญหาย ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกบัตรใหม่ในทุกกรณี
- เด็กที่มีความสูงเกิน 100 เซนติเมตร จะต้องมีบัตรในการเข้างาน
- ใช้บัตรกระดาษในการเข้างาน และรับบัตรพลาสติกที่ระลึก ณ หน้างานแสดง
- โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แฝงมาในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น การรับจองบัตร การให้โค้ดจอง การซื้อ-ขายบัตรนอกระบบ การแอบอ้างเป็นพนักงานบริษัทฯ เป็นต้น
- การนำบัตรไปขายต่อหรือแจกเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือประชาสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ ถือว่ามีความผิดทางกฏหมาย
- การนำบัตรไปขายต่อเพิ่มราคา หากตรวจสอบและพบหลักฐานการทำความผิด ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการจองในกรณียังไม่ชำระเงินหรือยกเลิกบัตรเป็นโมฆะในกรณีที่ชำระเงินแล้ว และนำบัตรกลับคืนสู่ระบบเพื่อจำหน่ายใหม่อีกครั้ง
- บัตรคอนเสิร์ตที่ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปจำหน่ายต่อ ขอคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือ โอนสิทธิในบัตรแก่ผู้อื่น การซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตหมายถึงผู้ซื้อยอมรับตามข้อตกลงที่ทางผู้จัดงานกำหนดข้างต้นแล้วทุกประการ

Sale channel and payment can be made by the following,
Public ticket sales on Saturday 30th August 2025 from 12:00 PM onwards
1. Website : www.fantopia.io *with queue system*
The payment can be made by
1. Visa/ Master Card (Convenience fee 4%)
2. Via Application – WeChat Pay, Alipay, True Money, ShopeePay (Convenience fee 4%)
*Please register for waiting in the queue on the website available from 11:00AM and ticket sales will be open from 12:00PM onwards
Remarks:
- Purchases are restricted to a maximum of 6 tickets per account.
- The ticket price above does not include 50 baht of the ticketing and plastic ticket fee.
- Payment Transaction fee 4%
- The entrance queue numbers for standing tickets are distributed based on completed payment transactions which are shown on the paper ticket.
- Queue number will be provided once the paper ticket is received.
- For paper ticket delivery, an additional handling charge of 60 baht per purchase order applies (Delivery service is available within Thailand only).
- For paper ticket delivery, tickets will be shipped after the purchase is completed and will be received no later than 7 days before the show date, or can be collected at the venue on the show day.
- In case of tickets lost for standing, a new ticket must be purchased.
- Children over 100 cm tall must have a ticket to attend the show.
- Please use the paper ticket to attend the show. Plastic tickets are provided to ticket holders as a souvenir and available for pickup at the venue on the show date.
- Beware of swindlers who may attempt various forms of theft and sales of fake tickets through illegal sales of booking information, ticket sales on unofficial platforms, or impersonation of staff.
- Using or distributing tickets for advertising and/or publicity without the explicit permission of the Company is considered illegal.
- If you are found reselling tickets at higher prices, your ticket reservation will be canceled (if unpaid), or canceled and then returned to the system for resale (if paid).
- The tickets cannot be refunded. The customer may not resell, refund, exchange and transfer to other people. If the customer purchases the tickets it means that you have accepted all of the terms and conditions from the promoter.
*Audience under the age of 12 are not allowed at ALL standing zones.
